The Soularly Charter v. 1.0
A living, breathing promise to embrace paradox, respect nuance, and be as intentional as possible. It is a commitment to never compromise on love and always protect the most vulnerable. We will lead with integrity and gather around our shared humanity.
This document is the first published version of The Soularly Charter, an adaptable pledge rooted in the belief that true sustainability exists only when we choose to create it. The Charter maps a 1, 5, 10, and 25-year scenario timeline toward a thriving future—one in which we liberate consciousness from scarcity, channel creativity toward regeneration, and invest in media and experiences that heal, inspire, and connect.
More than a pledge, the Charter offers a holistic account of the state of the world—exploring how humans have historically interacted with nature, and how Nature shapes culture and spirituality—while grounding our business model in values, vision and the Soularly® Framework.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

If the future is never discussed openly, we will continue creating it unintentionally. And this is against Soularly’s design.

In the spirit of grounding, we begin townhalls with yoga and meditation to attune our attention to the present.

Townhalls will provide a space for free strategic foresight education and collaborative learning. Output influences the board’s decisions on strategic plans.

Soularly operates through a participatory governance structure with a hybrid codified charter. The board will meet to discuss what aspects should be voted on, and votes influence the following version of the Charter.
