As a part of the wellness collective, Soularly offers facilitators and blog writers an opportunity to reap monetary benefits.
At the end of each fiscal year, facilitators and blog writers will receive an annual bonus relative to Soularly’s revenue performance. 2-8% of every purchase is allocated into a lock box that is equally distributed amongst facilitators who taught at least two offerings in the year, and blog writers who wrote at least two blog posts in the year. Facilitators and blog writers receive a minimum of $100 bonus.
Design and launch offerings through the Soularly® brand such as,
Online courses, recorded or live classes, or live workshops: Facilitators can host online offerings on soularly.com. Soularly will retain 8% as standard allocation to the annual bonus bank, donations, and business expenses.
In-person courses, private classes, or live in-person workshops: Facilitators, practitioners, yoga teachers are paid a flat rate of $100 for every in person engagement + tips. For practitioners such as massage therapists who provide 1-on-1 sessions, additional rates are negotiated depending on the circumstance.
Blog posts that lead to purchases on the Soularly website receive 20% purchase value. Guest bloggers who write on external sites that lead to Soularly purchases receive 30% purchase value.
How to become a facilitator or blog writer

All agreements are as independent contractors and shall not be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
On-boarded facilitators and blog writers must sign their respective agreements and are subject to regular performance review— kindly refer to The Charter for agreement language.
