What is Yin?
Yin is a style of yoga that is meditative and slow-moving. We hold poses for 2-5 minutes with a focus on breath and stillness. Props disengage muscles and compress fascia tissue.
What is Nidra?
Nidra is yogic dreaming, a meditative practice that allows for deep connection between mind, heart and body. Nidra sessions often involve body scans and “sensory trips” to real or imagined places.
