I was sitting in my tent back in 2021 when I had the idea for this journal. I wanted to design a way for people to become more connected with themselves.
This version is much simpler than the original one I drafted— perhaps someday that one will come to light. For now, Quantum Retreat is a 10-day at-home mindfulness tour that meets you where you are to invite reflection on what you already have.
