MEET YOUR Teachers
Ash Bowers
Founder, Ayurveda Nutritionist and 200-Hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher
Health is wealth. Your greatest gift to the world is to take supreme care of yourself. A fully present, balanced, and creative human has the most potential to influence far-reaching positive change.
Curiosity led me to yoga, but passion made it my dharma (the encompassing nature of reality, my life’s work). Within myself and us all are both students and teachers. I am continually learning and practicing. I incorporate a bit of nature’s wisdom into every class as my yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition education is interwoven in how I make sense of the world! My hope in holding space is to allow students to get in touch with who they already are, and what they already have.
Audrey Lefler
COO, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher
Audrey’s love of learning seeps into all aspects of her life. Although she holds a BBA in Finance she has an appreciation for creativity. As an aspiring writer, she spends early mornings journaling with a cup of tea nearby. Meditation found her at an early age, where she would lay on her bedroom floor and breathe, blocking out the world around her. At the time, she didn’t know how to label this act, but understands now this was early stages of her meditation practice.
Upon visiting her first yoga studio in 2010 to inquire about hot yoga, the owner encouraged her to observe a Mysore Ashtanga class. The ease and grace of the students’ practice was mesmerizingly beautiful. She was certified in hot yoga quickly followed by 200hr RYT in Ashtanga. Audrey’s classes are calming despite the strength it takes to complete a hot or vinyasa practice. Most recently she received a Yin certification to better incorporate a sense of accessibility into her teachings.
She spends her free time reading novels, learning about wine, researching upcoming travel plans and looking for the next class to take, whether that is pottery, drawing or dance. The ability to live life to the fullest is something she does not take for granted, knowing when you are older all you’ll have is your stories.
