I claim my agency as a business owner with great responsibility. I believe everyone is creative, and my strategic work focuses on this realization. Minds never cease to game out decisions and consider the consequences across different scenario outcomes. When we are conscious of our innate creativity, magic unfolds.

As a trained foresight consultant and designer, I facilitate workshops for teams to engage with a changemaking process. I leverage well-known frameworks to align teams on their vision, culture, and communication. I design team building experiences through direct facilitation sessions, or asynchronous collaboration tools.
